For 7 years now, Alhambra International has continued to grow and it is thanks to you who invest in the recruitment and retention of top talents, the main asset of the knowledge economy.
Job board mobile applications, Visio Conferences solutions to interview candidates and make a first selection especially for the international profiles, On-line Events to attract candidates with great potential and develop Employer brand, Emergence of big data to handle multiple sources of information available, this year has been rich in evolutions in the recruitment market.
At Alhambra International, we support these new trends but we always favor the direct approach, the exchange and the fast information sharing between consultants with the help of collaborative tools adapted to the best recruitment processes.
2013 was also the year of the international development for Alhambra, with a presence in Belgium (Antwerp and Ghent) for the development of Northern Europe and in the Middle East.
In 2014, Alhambra will be located in another country, Germany, the strongest economy of the European Union. Our aim is to assist you on these dynamic economic zones with collaborators and partners, speaking fluently the language of the country and knowing perfectly the economic environment. Other projects of international expansion are planned; we shall inform you in the next months.
